Adventure

I've always looked forward to the weekends but now it's more than ever. I love hanging out with my little guy on Saturdays and Sunday's and look soo forward to that quality time. Tonight we went to Uncle John's 50th birthday party and everyone commented on how much Bennett has changed. I see him everyday so I have to put it into perspective and realize that indeed he is growing like a weed. Bennett was a great sport even though we had him out past bedtime and was a model baby:) Trying to show off in front of others.... I see how it's going to be. I truly can't complain as Bennett is really a good baby overall. Sure he cries from time to time, but overall he is a happy go lucky little man. I am so blessed to have such a precious son and one that has made Mom's life easy for the most part.

Sorry that it has been so long since my last post. I really don't know where the days, weeks, month etc go! Bennett is growing like a weed and everyday is a new adventure. He is such a good little boy and entertains himself (and us) really well. We are finally in a routine (or at least I think) with regard to bedtime. Bennett usually sleeps at least 8 hours at night now and sometimes longer. That is obviousley a HUGE milestone and one we have been waiting for. I think I am finally confident enough to write it down in hopes that we won't revert back to waking up in the middle of the night to eat. I love watching him smile and giggle at the world and it truly melts my heart to watch him interact with people. It seems like everyday he is learning something new and it's so exciting to see life through his eyes. It's so hard to believe that he is over 3 months now and I know that in a blink of an eye he will be walking and talking before my eyes. I try and cherish the everyday moments as much as possible knowing that they will slip by like the many years that have already.
